The use of the Coderssphere website (www.coderssphere.com) is governed by these Terms and Conditions. Coderssphere may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Violating these terms may lead to the suspension or termination of services.
The client must provide written approval (such as email) upon project completion. Once approved, the design, content, colors, navigation, and functionality will be considered finalized. Any changes after approval will incur additional charges by Coderssphere.
The client acknowledges that project timelines are dependent on their timely approvals and completion of assigned tasks as per the agreement and system specifications. Feedback and approvals must be provided within 3 working days of receiving project-related materials, including designs, modules, and SEO key-phrases. Coderssphere will not be held liable for delays caused by the client’s failure to meet these timelines, and any required system, software, or hardware updates to support the website’s operation will be at the client’s expense. Additionally, unless agreed otherwise, the client is responsible for providing and maintaining website content and populating databases.
Website Development Investment:The client needs to pay a 25% advance before the project begins. Once the advance is received, work will start on services like SEO, SMO, PPC, digital marketing, website development, domain hosting, content writing, API integration, and software development. Any advance or milestone payments made to Coderssphere are non-refundable, even if the client decides to cancel the project at any time.
All advance payments and milestone-based payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. The client must pay invoices within seven (7) days of receipt. If payment is not made on time, a late charge of 1.5% per month, or the maximum allowed by law, will be applied. If the client has made timely payments for domain, email, and web hosting services but has not paid for any other development work, Coderssphere has the right to suspend all services, including domain, email, and web hosting, after providing a 7-day written notice until the outstanding payments are made in full.
After full payment, the client owns the website, but Coderssphere retains rights to the custom programming. The client is responsible for intellectual property and content legality. Coderssphere isn't liable for client-provided content issues.
Fineoutput shall not be liable for failures caused by third party hardware or software (including client's own systems), misuse of the Website, malicious hacking, or the negligence or willful misconduct of client.
Neither party will be responsible for extra damages related to the project. Coderssphere's responsibility is limited to the total cost of the project. Coderssphere does not guarantee third-party products or services.
Coderssphere will protect the client from legal issues if their use of Coderssphere's custom programming violates third-party intellectual property rights. However, Coderssphere is not responsible if the issue comes from the client's own content, changes, misuse, or failure to update the website.
